RE: What is the html code?
Actually, the HTML code for strike is <s> </s> or <strikethrough> </strikethrough>

Brackets are used with PHP code instead

Can you be more specific?

I don't know anything, I just moderate here. Derp. Big Grin
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Haha I understand... most the mods at my website don't get the difference either. But then, that's why they're not admins :-)

I'm self taught with PHP and HTML for the last 5 years so I'm not the best... But enough for me to get around!

So, you intentionally engage in purposeful brain damage, and you consider that worthy of elevation of status.

(Incidentally, I was a language and compiler designer in a former life, so your skills mean little to me.)

Engage in brain damage? What? Learning how to code is brain damaging?

LOL

And yes, I do have an issue with an admin that doesn't understand at least on some level HTML and PHP.

There are admins who are as bad at the human side as your hypothetical PHP neophyte admin is at the technical. Do you hold them in similar esteem?

The "human side"? And what hypothetical neophyte admin?

I'm not sure I'm following.

All I said is that any admin that works directly with the sites core / files / design should have some understanding of HTML and PHP
