I've donated to a few cystic fibrosis causes, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a couple individual CF fundraisers. That's something I can personally get behind, unlike your more popular multi-billion dollar charities, like some of Big Cancer.

Acorns, a hospice here where I live I'm England that gives end of life care to terminally ill children.

I give to a lot of charities but I don't really know which ones are religious and which aren't.
