Undecided Sorry, dumb Aussie here

Also, should I mention that I do Quilting? :S

I didn't know what it was either. Undecided

And what's an omnisexual?

....and psst teach me how to quilt!

Hell, I think I'd be able to belong to a few of those communities and I had never heard of it until now, either.

Regardless, I don't find myself putting myself in those communities too much as of now, anyway. It's pretty rare that trans stuff comes up with me anymore and when it does, it can be easily dealt with. Sexual orientation issues are null since I'm in a long-term, monogamous relationship that people are starting to see more and more as straight. I don't mind getting involved in political advocacy, but I'm liberal whether I'm queer or not, so, again, it's not really that big an issue. I think I'm just kinda moving on.

RE: Stockholm Syndrome
Stockholm syndrome? You mean when you've gone on a cruise to Stockholm, you get really drunk and have an absolutely terrible hangover on the trip back? Big Grin
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

RE: Stockholm Syndrome
Stockholm syndrome, or capture–bonding, is a psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending them. These feelings are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims, who essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness. The FBI's Hostage Barricade Database System shows that roughly 8% of victims show evidence of Stockholm syndrome.
