While I generally think the death penalty is mis-applied in most cases I have no problem with the Justice Department's decision in the Boston Bomber case.
The evidence against this guy seems to reach the standard of "No Doubt."
But let's not kid ourselves that this will deter the next muslim nutjob. In order to make an impression you'd have to bury him in praying position with his pants off and his ass facing Mecca with five pounds of bacon strapped to his body.
