The program written by the principal consultant in NK-Solutions Nikolay Kuksov, is, according to the statement of the company, the universal political program directed directed on neutralization of negative consequences in the existence of religious doctrines.. Elimination of opportunities of kindling of interreligious discord in society. Protection of society against manipulations by means of religion concerning politics and other mercenary goals.. The draft of the program before the publication was sent for consideration in European Court of Human Rights and in the UN Security Council.

Program 721 is a universal political program directed on neutralization of negative consequences in the existence of religious doctrines. Peace and friendship strengthening between the people professing different religious doctrines. Elimination of opportunities of kindling of interreligious discord in society. Protection of society against manipulations by means of religion concerning politics and other mercenary goals.
Program purposes:
Neutralization the consequences and elimination the competitive fight between the religious organizations at public and legislative levels.
Elimination the possibility of using religion in political goals at public and legislative levels.
Peace and friendship strengthening between the people professing different religious doctrines.
Elimination in the society discrimination on religious beliefs.
Protection the society against manipulations by means of religion in political and other mercenary goals.
Methods of implementation of the program:
1 . Establishment of a ban on use of religious subjects in political struggle. The politician using in the election and political programs religious subjects has to be discharged of a position or act from pre-election race. This ban will help to achieve decrease, and further and a complete elimination of possibility of kindling of interreligious hatred in personal interests authorities and public figures.
2 . Establishment of a ban on a public assessment of religions and religious organizations representatives of the third-party religious organizations in any its manifestations.
