I'm all for it. All we need to do is protect our borders. We need the ability to project power, not to actually project it.

The cynic in me thinks that Obama is manipulating the republicunts into arguing for restored defense spending and forcing them to attack popular domestic programs in order to pay for it.
I do hope it happens. It might be the only way to get the US government to stop fucking with every other country on earth.
