In the first article you posted the author is one Dr Vivian V. Vetrano. What is she a doctor of? It says on the website she has a hMD? What is that?

Some people before to take in consideration whether the words of someone are like gold or like dust look at their references.
If that person is a doctor or a famous scientist then their words are like gold no matter what.
If on the other hand that person is not any of the above then their words are like dust.
My view is that this way of judging is faulty.
If the doctors would be correct then the hospitals would be almost empty
but as we can see they are full of sick people so my judgement does not come from qualification but from results.
I don't give a damn whether Vetrano has this or that qualification.
As far as the person philosophy make sense then good enough.

concentration of veg.
They have been veg. for countless generation and these people are quite healthy and most of all they are the skilled in business so a veg. diet is not only good for the body but for the mind as well.
