Oh for dead lifts I do a light warmup after 30 jackknifes and 20 dragon flags of 20 reps of a light warmup of 300 lbs for straight leg dead lifts. Because I don't wait for recovery I just do the warmup every day.

SO I have figured out how to kill thousands of people, I will form a nutritional supplement company and give them selenium, and herbal weight loss medicines. I will spike their dose just like a pimp killing a whore when I get 100K or 10K of them, and because they are nutritional and vitamin supplements, I will get away with it. Just saying.

I am on cardio and abs workout plan and have lost all extra fat for the muscles building.
