RE: Chocolate
Chocolate, especially dark and any that's not heavily processed, has a lot of those flavinoid thingies... or something to that effect.

Also, I had a dark chocolate bar once. Reading some of the nutritional box, one serving (1 square chunk from the bar) had 45% of the daily intake for saturated fat..... and 55% of the recommended fiber. Tongue

Regular Hershey's is good for me, but I really like the Symphony bars with a more European-tasting chocolate and toffee and almond bits.

Like Johnny Depp in one of my most favorite movies ever, I prefer hot chocolate.

I've just developed a craving for Cadbury Twirls. I don't know what it is but I'm addicted.

I've had to cut out a lot for my diet and exercise, but I didn't completely give it up. I just don't eat it often.

RE: Chocolate
I try to stay away from chocolate, as I do all candy, because the sugar is something I prefer to keep away from my system. Sometimes I eat it once or twice a year, just a candy bar for the taste and to prove to myself that I can at least eat it in moderation. Sometimes, just recently in fact, I slipped and went on a crazy candy binge, which was probably why I gained weight. I have been candy free for some months, now, which is they way I like it. I am also the same way with caffeinated beverages I have not consumed soda/pop in years, not even the caffeine free ones.
