That is hilarious! My friend and I have often marveled at our need to strafe around corners so as to be ready to blast whatever baddie might lie in wait. Ours was just behavioral, not de-myelination at all we still retain our motor functions, we just have a kooky habit of strafing around corners. When strafing left my ring finger twitches a little as if pressing the "a" button. When strafing right it would be my index finger as if pressing the "d" button.
