Always been an atheist and grateful for it. Why would anyone want the lunatic psychopath God of the Old and New Testaments or the Koran to exist? Growing up, I was dragged to church every Sunday and there was this one idiot priest who scared the shit out of us Sunday in and Sunday out. Telling us we were all going to hell and would burn there for all eternity. I was five years of age. It was torment.
And even if God wasn't an evil, narcissistic bastard, what would his motives have been to create the world, make its creatures and then leaves us to it. Negligence at best.
