My plebe year at the Naval Academy, after plebe summer (boot camp), I used to write 1L and 1R, 2L/2R on all my socks. They do a little brainwashery there that took almost a year to undo.

My sock collection seriously needs defragging; I no longer have a matching pair in the bunch.

I'm seriously tempted to label them L and R and then wear them on the wrong sides, because fuck society.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
