About what? Not a big fan of debate. Certainly I won't discuss the bible with you. Not interested.

Wow, hold your horses. You haven't even engaged in a proper discussion since being here. I highly doubt that you would be capable of debating anyone.
'The more I learn about people the more I like my dog'- Mark Twain

'You can have all the faith you want in spirits, and the afterlife, and heaven and hell, but when it comes to this world, don't be an idiot. Cause you can tell me you put your faith in God to put you through the day, but when it comes time to cross the road, I know you look both ways.' - Dr House

“Young earth creationism is essentially the position that all of modern science, 90% of living scientists and 98% of living biologists, all major university biology departments, every major science journal, the American Academy of Sciences, and every major science organization in the world, are all wrong regarding the origins and development of life….but one particular tribe of uneducated, bronze aged, goat herders got it exactly right.” - Chuck Easttom

"If my good friend Doctor Gasparri speaks badly of my mother, he can expect to get punched.....You cannot provoke. You cannot insult the faith of others. You cannot make fun of the faith of others. There is a limit." - Pope Francis on freedom of speech

Are you willing to debate me right now ? Yes or NO.

Let's see your "debating" style includes

1. Making claims that have long since been debunked but ignoring the counter arguments anyway
2. Ignoring the responses from many of those who reply - suspiciously mostly the female members here.
3. Repeating the same nonsense again as if repeating it continually will somehow make it valid.

I can appreciate when spiritualism helps people but sucks when it causes people to hate other people and walk around with an air of superiority.

Chaplains for atheists = No atheists in foxholes. it starts to make sense .

Don't be silly. Read articles instead of headlines.

Atheist military are specifically lobbying for secular support from counselors to point out the unequal status of religious and non religious in the military.

On the other hand. I do have a question about the bible I've often wondered about.

Most Christians in my experience when pressed for why they believe in god reference some sort of direct experience or revelation. But none of them have ever mentioned a very detailed message. So what I'd like to know is how that experience points to the bible.

Isn't that funny? It's always a "rational, logically sound" reason for their belief that "qualifies as evidence" but it's also a secret.

Usually when pressed, some sort of "Pearls before swine" quip is invoked as dismissal.

How astute of you. This is an atheist site. Why would you expect to find interest in the bible. Just because you're posting on the xtian sub-forum doesn't mean anyone cares what your special books says.
