Hidey Ho!

Hidey Ho!
Been an atheist all my life although I got sidetracked for a while by Catholic School.
Glad to be amongst people of sanity.

About me.
I just want to rock and roll all night and party everyday.
Well basically. More like watch the tube and order take out pizza everyday.
And it seems like religion continuously and stubbornly insists on sticking it's foot in the cosmic door of my mellow.
As an "active" atheist I guess I go with the Sam Harris "enough is enough" sort of vibe. No more sacred cows. And sadly nothing makes me happier than metaphorically telling Virginia in no uncertain terms that there is no Santa Clause.
Sadly the look of alarm in the big sad doll eyes of the "faithful" just makes me get a bit of a stiffy. C'mon I know you know the feeling.

Yes, we've all got stiffies here! Nothing more exciting than listening to truckloads of verbal manure from the other side of the fence.

Welcome.

Welcome. I'm new and put my toe in. The water's fine.
