In some ways, yes.

Stupid ey, then the person who lacks love is claimed to be responsible for his so claimed untreatable illness, which is not true, cause scripture claims those who lack love have not been forgiven of much.

Those are the ones who are pumped full of meds, continuously claiming they are not at fault themselves. Reason is not answered.
