I understand - I once vowed to never live more than 10 miles from the beach, but things change. Housing is much cheaper here. I have a house with a view, a forest next door, 2400 sq ft and it was half the price my parents 1950's cracker box in Anaheim is worth.

Mexican food was def a problem too. It's OK up here, but we rarely go out for it, preferring to just make our own. Initially, we couldn't even find fresh tortillas in the store. Now, there are so many Latinos in the area, it's not a problem.
