Yeah, fucking ridiculous. Not only are they violating the terms of Suarez's ban and no one seems to give a shit, but weren't they also supposed to have a transfer embargo for fiddling tax? Why do I get the impression football is corrupt.

Ditto that.

When I was more of a couch potato, I loved watching the Dutch NT and I like the Eredivisie, too, even though it's not shown on TV over here. Go AZ!

Holy Fuck! I'd post a score update 25 minutes into the Brazil/Germany match but it will likely change before I hit 'Post Reply'.

I put a bet on 8-0 Sad

But still, that was a World Cup winning team vs a bunch of guys in yellow shirts.

Wonder what the value drop of the Brazilian players is following this? I mean lol, £50m for David Luiz? Haha. Someone's lost a lot of cash there.

I predict that when it is over we in the US won't hear about soccer for the next 4 years.

Not in Arizona you won't. Brewer and Arpaio will use enjoyment of the sport in any capacity as a racial profiling tactic and directly deposit footies on the other side of the border.

I bet 8-0 on the second half too, it was a shame my prediction didn't come true. This is my reaction to the first half:

I won a 30€ bet thanks to the US, I predicted they would pass the group stage in the 2nd place.

That was insane in the membrane. I'm still behind the Dutch, but it'll likely be the Germans. I wish I were to be around for the next semi. I normally like Argentinian football, both country and league, but I hope the Dutchies annihilate them tomorrow.

I don't want the Netherlands to win because Robben is the biggest cheat left in the competition and Kuyt is a bin-dipper and I hate the scouse bastards with a passion (mainly because they're the biggest cheats in the premiership and their supporters are arrogant, glory hunting armchair morons who live on past success and say "next year will be our year" every fucking year). Which leaves me with the krauts and the argies, out the two I think I'd prefer the argies but, as an Englishman, I'd honestly sooner none of them win.
