My mother's got some of the DVDs of that series. Of course, I preferred the surrealist nature of Green Acres much more.

I used to watch those shows when I was young along with Laugh-In, Bewitched, The Monkeys and more. I remember sneaking out of bed and sitting at the end of the hall to watch TV. Eventually my mother got wise and moved the TV to the other side of the room. I'll never get over that. When I was a little older and could stay up past 8pm my favorite shows were All in the Family, Maude, Mary Tyler Moore, Happy Days, Welcome Back Kotter, and when that mini series Roots came on I was glued.

I liked Bewitched also, and I Dream of Jeannie. Remember when Dr. Bellows always showed up at Major Nelson's house at the most inconvient time?

I've left out Monty Python and Fawlty Towers as that would be unfair.
