If ETs existed then...this would explain "ghosts" being seen by some people or ETs and "ghosts" are not possible.

Along with "ghosts" this subject seems to be controversial. I think that "Ghosts" are phenomena possibly created by malevolent ETs to confuse some people just like FALSE military operations. Creating many "religions" to reduce the population on Earth along with other wars. Of course, there is the problem of proving their existence. Now, it could be the case that both ETs and "Ghosts" are false and are simply the creation of the human imagination. As for "UFOS", there are videos and photos showing that NAZIS of Germany created UFO crafts, so it could be possible that the U.S. have these crafts and people are believing they are ETs but are really humans from earth. There is a possibility that some Humans and ETs are working together? Or it could be that "ghosts" and ETs exist. I could not accept the idea that Angels/Demons and ETs existing simultaneously together because if this was the case the Bible and other religious sources would have mentioned the existence of other planets(with intelligent space travelling beings).

Probably, just to think about it, I they were NAZI crafts the U.S. government probably would not admit unless it became common knowledge that some NAZIS are still operating with their UFO fleets. My best guess is this scenario for the NAZIS: Some Nazis(and their UFO fleets) lived on but were probably protected by either an ET civilization and/or the U.S. government together. Or probably left earth for another planet with their UFO fleet.
