I would expect that a 'control experiment' would have taken this into account. I'm believe the tests were conducted through air.

The experiments use of the velocity vector is to determine the speed. There's no speed radar for light, so they establish two points and time how long the light takes to cover the distance. They simply determine what speed was necessary.
So if the same instrumentation is used under the same conditions today, there should be no reason for the speed of light to change. It should be constant.
Seeing how the claim of light speed decrease directly relates to the velocity measured, there can be only two reasons (provided same conditions are met etc), firstly that the speed of light has in fact changed; secondly, that the distance has changed.
Under universe expansion theories which are widely supported. The universe is able to expand proportionally which doesn't necessitate accumulating more "non space" region, or literally 'extending' the perimeter.
I only learned about the light speed changes during a physics lecture in class.

You have still not provided any evidence other than your word (which I instantly distrust since I haven't found any mention of these experiments on the usual sites). I simply do not believe that the speed of light is "slowing down".
So please, present actual evidence!!!

We're talking theory here though, aren't we?
You were asserting that the universe began in a singularity and from there collectively expands to contain more space. And you seem sure that the universe's initiation didn't involve a violent implosion/explosion to occur.
All I have been doing is providing conter argument against this assertion you make.

The Big Bang theory states that all matter was contained within a singularity. At some point in the past (at least 13.7 billion years ago), this singularity started to expand rapidly. You can all it an explosion if you like, but it wasn't technically one. I already quoted Wikipedia on that point.
You haven't been providing counter arguments, you've been pulling seemingly random and unrelated facts out of your ass. Making up stuff isn't counter-arguing! I've provided my evidence in reams; I've talked about red and blue shift and how your understanding of them is wrong.
You have yet to provide evidence that the speed of light is slowing down...that's all I want at this point!
