What are you?

RE: What are you?
I love being around people, but hate groups and formal situations (usually). I'm an only child so maybe that has some bearing. Introversion disappears with age.

I'm an extrovert, I'm just terrified of being one around other people. Smile

I'm an intimate extrovert when manic. I'm a distant introvert when not.

You and me both, brother.

I am... I cried. I am, said I! And I am lost and I can't even say why... leaving me lonelier still.

You know, I've got an emptiness deep inside, and I've tried but: it won't let me go. And... I'm not a gal who likes to swear... but I've never cared for the sound of being alone Undecided

Extrovert. I'm at my best in a crowd, the center of attention.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Oh, FFS!

Introvert and shy, the killer combo!
But it's getting easier and easier to talk to complete strangers.... and even come up with a joke or two to lighten the mood...
Large groups... just... blarghhh

On a side note, I never drink alcohol. But when I go out with people who do and they drink... I sort of unconsciously mimic their... "happiness". Monkey see, monkey do, I guess! Tongue
