How about when you feel like logging in to AF, that's your cue to get out of the house and go take a walk.
I think that if your life is lacking in a certain area, you might be more tempted to spend too much time online or on social media. The key is to find something healthy to do offline so when you’re not on here, your time is being used in a positive way. So maybe reflect a little MK, and see if you’re bored or unhappy in some way and looking for online time to fill a void.
