ok I remember back in the day I didn't like shell at all. Absolutely hated  . totally not true, although I didn't like her at first she grew on me. Now Void and Min... that pair..

Can anyone give an instance of moderators being high handed? I’m not saying we aren’t I’m just saying I’d like to see times that we are so we can improve.

I don't think it's necessarily that people have been heavy handed, but more that there is possibly a perception of it.
In the past couple of days many things have been said by multiple people and we've seen the level of conflict that boils under the surface.
We've already seen three popular members, three of my favourites, leave over the past few days.
What we need to do, in my opinion, is to allow time for the dust to settle, for us to mend fences, and to get the boards running as they were.
