..am I being an extremist if I suggest it's time for the west to batten down the hatches?

...because majoritively the west is not muslim, and if we're honest, there's a muslim uprising kicking off right now !

And it's also true that muslims have many many people living in our quarters... saying the right thing... now !! but what if islam gets a foothold... how long before the Trojan horse effect?

Like I said, extreme views, but is any one worried? are we so tied up in our own red tape and pc'ness that we end up getting overrun?

I think the best way to counter one idea is with another idea, not repression.

I also think that assuming that a people act en masse, such that they're all hiding inside a figurative Trojan Horse, is at the very least a faulty assumption, and at worst the seed of bigotry.

Islam has not been been very popular where it isn't forced and backed by threats of violence. Riding flying horses to heaven isn't as believable to the educated world and as long as we don't impinge education in the west, we have little to worry about.

Anything that makes us get off our lazy assess is a good thing. Hate and fear isn't the answer though. That's us falling into the trap that those who have an interest in controlling us set.
