Meter fairies
Stalking ticket wardens in New Hampshire and topping up meters to stop them handing out parking tickets, this should totally be a thing all over.

I used to get soooooo many parking tickets when I first started driving.
This goof troop need a reality tv show.

That type of parking meter is illegal, around here.
For every legal transaction, the buyer must get a receipt.... and those things don't supply one.
And it must show how much is being paid and how much of it is sales tax.
How do you declare that you've payed that amount, for tax purposes, if you have no receipt?
How can the parking meter company prove that it has received X in revenue, if there is no way to match it against what people declare that they pay?
