And your best "empirical evidence" to support your fucking god is what?

As far as abiogenisis, we do not know "yet." We are not painted into a corner like you fuckers who are stuck with your 'god' playing in the dirt.

The arrogance is strong with this one.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

There is no hope in atheism

There's more hope in atheism that there is in 2000 year old fairy tales.

I can play the same game, accusing some of you of playing "Science of the Gaps".

"Science can't explain it now, but it will some day explain it"

Plugging in your lack of knowledge with the future hopes of science being able to explain it. ROFLOL

I'm still siding with science, mostly because science has a better track record.

A few thousand years ago, theists would claim "I don't know what caused this my crops not to grow, so it must mean I upset god." Then scientists came along and learned about botany. Theists claimed "I don't know why I got sick so god must have been the one who made me sick." Then scientists came along and discovered germ theory. Theists were the ones who claimed lightning rods were blasphemy because god used lightning to destroy buildings that offended him. Scientists came along and learned about electron flow in the atmosphere.

So, yes, I think it's a pretty good bet to say that what we attribute to god today can probably be explained with science in the future. After all, ignorance of what happened doesn't justify mythology.

There are trillions of planets where abiogenesis happened, millions of planets where sentient life arose. Where are all aliens?

Are there? Or is this just another strawman?

Proof of this claim, please?

We haven't - yet - discovered ONE other planet where there is life.

If they have passed through our solar system, intelligent aliens likely take one look at the primitive state of affairs on our world - wars, genocides, pollution, hatred over skin colour/gender/religion - and just pass us by.

I know I would.

Oh, and I've joined the dots. It's hard to add in some dots when they're invisible, there's no evidence at all for them, and people keep telling you that you have to have faith they're there.
