I just accept the social phobia I guess. I have talked on a social phobia forum, and my case is not all that bad. I have jury duty in a week and I dread sitting in a room full of people for the orientation. I sweat and feel tense, but I've done it before and I will survive.
I am trying to get myself psyched-up to get psychotherapy again. It takes a lot of time, but it usually helps me learn things.

I should have said "I ain't no rational, intellectual atheist". Then there would have been less chance for confusion.
I said that to explain that I'm not the sort of person that can read an atheist book and process the arguments to become an atheist. I admire people who are that rational, but I'm not. I also admire people who are intellectuals, scholars, witty, brilliant, etc. I wish I was one of those people, but I'm not.
Oops, I forgot to mention scientists in my list. I am extremely envious of scientists. I wish I understood science better.
