That sheriff will probably get away with it, like the vast majority of cops. Pedro Oregon, Houston, Texas. Anonymous drug tip, wrong apartment, trespassing charge. One cop freaks out and pulls the trigger, the rest open up. The story goes, that one cop reloaded. 
You make people miserable and there's nothing they can do about it, just like god.

Truly despicable story but about what one has come to expect of these heroes in blue.
I don't wish death on anyone, but if Joe Arpaio's heart were to, say, go on vacation permanently, the world would be a little bit better a place to live, overall.
