I never understood why people want to eat fungus. Or toxin filtering body parts either. You can have them. I'll stick to what makes sense to me.

Mushrooms are one of the most important parts of a pizza. The other is pineapple.
Grated dry beetroot also works. :-)

Mushrooms are the god of veggies. Potatoes and spinach are up there too, but I always have mushrooms on hand.
