As other's mentioned, the list barely touches on the falsity of the claims in Christianity.

IMO the list should be called "20 Reasons to Oppose Christianity". The traditional attitude of atheists is to let Christians believe if it makes them happy. This list argues against that attitude of complacency.

Most of the bible is copied and pasted.. and there is evidence of it.
flood myth Epic Of Gilgamesh, jesus and virgin birth story of Horus, yet only such a minor part of the bible is original.

True, and that is probably covered in #20 "Christianity is plagiarism", but most of the list describes the negative affect of Christianity on society and the believers themselves. IMO, this list highlights the fact that Christianity needs to be opposed and not tolerated. (Of course the opposition should be peaceful such as the "conversational intolerance" advocated by Sam Harris.)

After reading this whole list, it occoured to me, that aside from a 1998 refrence to the x-files, and a mention of the westborrow baptists, the only other mention of the church was focused in the 13th century to the 15 century. After that the artical points to OT judaism as per the book Chapter and verse it quotes.

That only leaves slavery as for hating Christianity (As per it's only relevent bible verses it quotes)... IF you really want to have that conversation again we can, but needless to say most of you understand (even if you do not agree) that biblical idea of slavery does not fit the popculture understanding of it.

So unless you all can list something of value and back it with some evidence I think this list is pretty useless unless you put your head in the sand and accept the picture of christianity it is trying desperatly to paint.

That is evidence all of it.. Christianity is not good what so ever. Its on par with the teachings of Islam.

No, it doesn't. It leaves a whole lot more. And I don't even hate christianity, I just don't believe in it.

Also there's a distinction to be made when it comes to revulsion. I'm revolted by evengelical bible thumping christianity, I don't care about Catholics or mainstream protestants.

Of coarse you do not object to them, they give you an answer that swells your head and pat you on the back and say be a good boy. On the other hand Christians like myself care enough to point out that being a good boy isn't enough.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Which is of course contradicting the majority of christianity. Thanks, I don't think the Taliban have the right answers, so why should you? And I actually hold the same warm feelings and respect towards your kind of christianity.

We know very well how to be good people without resorting to delusion. Your religion and its concept of sin is absurd. Religion, if it had its way, would make this world an unbearable place in which to live due to its unhealthy obsession with sin and how others live.

Being good to one's fellow human beings should be all that matters. Humanity, feeling it, being a part of it, understanding it, is more important than seeking a false relationship with a being that does not exist, for claiming that a god, whose existence cannot even be properly supported in any capacity, is the answer merely alludes to not knowing or understanding the problem.

Religion, believing in that which cannot be proven to exist, is and always will be the problem. As a society that is evolving, advancing, we are finally realizing this more and more.

You, the theist, the harborer of delusion, shall eventually fade away to the point where your beliefs will be known and recognized for precisely what they are: mythology.
