Hard to tell, really. But if padriac is not dead... then he sure went from lots of posting on multiple forums to zero posting on any forums... without any warning.

I don't remember if Dotard (another member) ever showed back up again... I seem to remember something of the sort, but... hell if I can get something specific out of the blur.

Sometimes people disappear from forums for a while (take cinjin, for instance)... sometimes they never come back.

Occasionally, that's because they're dead.

I tend to not ask myself how long ago anything happened. That tends to lead to existential crisis.

All I can say... is that I miss them. All of our members who leave and never come back... if they're alive, I wish them happiness in the years to come.
