Ok, firstly cut the attitude. Leo didn't do anything to provoke such a reaction.

Secondly, 3,500,000,000 BC is the general date given for the first appearance of life on Earth. That's what happened.

So what you are saying then is that because Jesus lived before the times of Darwin and Wallace etc. then he would have had no knowledge of evolution and his ideas about the origin and development of life on Earth, like those around him, was actually wrong.

well if Jesus was talking to a man 1900 years ago about evolution it wouldnt make the slightest sense to him. however in the 2000 years since Jesus we have discovered evolution, which to me is evolution of the human mind.

Do you have any evidence to back up your wild assertion that without belief in God we won't know where we came from? Sounds to me like you are assuming God is the answer and leaving it there.
