Sorry, back on topic. This is semantics and it's rather silly. Anyone coming into this forum and looking at posts by members who have atheist written next to "religious views" would think "Oh, an atheist.", not "OMFG, these atheists are finally admitting atheism is a religion!" I think atheism is a religious view. It pretty much says, "I don't follow a religion, for the reason that I don't believe in god(s)." That is a religious view. View=perspective from which you see something. Atheism=Don't believe in god. Religious Views: Atheist=I see religion from the perspective of someone who does not believe in god(s).
