Man, this is a tough one. Because this is technically a global game, I'm always wondering things like "Do Germans have a word for watching cars?" Haha
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

Yes we have, because in German you can built an inflated composite noun for any (comical) purpose: Automobilbeobachtungstätigkeit. But more realistically, if it's someone hanging around the scene of an accident, one would call them "Gaffer" in a derogatory fashion (etymology probably not related to the film studio person). I don't think there is a common one for watching moving cars.
