Welcome , mate!
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Hello, Steve.

Believers make poor debaters. They seem to think that their bullshit is self-explanatory.

Nonetheless, they are good for a laugh.

Welcome young man.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

I'm so glad to welcome our newest, and perhaps only, metaphysical naturalist. It's nice to meet you.
I hope you will like some blueberry welcome muffins.

RE: Newboy
Welcome Steve. I'm a naturalist too whenever the weather permits.

Also, I find the idea of a 'supernatural' category pretty well incoherent. If something is beyond my ken, then it is also beyond my powers to rule out a natural explanation. Besides, rather than explaining anything, categorizing a phenomenon as 'supernatural' does nothing to explain or describe it. It pretty much just says "damned if I know".
