When I get bored I like to weigh a helium balloon down so that the force of gravity exactly matches the balloons tendency to go up. Then it spends the next few weeks floating around the house like a weird alien pet.

You need a hobby.
Best regards,
Leo van Miert Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall --Torque is how far you take the wall with you
I don't know what's weirder...the balloon or the bottle of Heinz Tomato Sauce that apparently resides next to your computer.
Well, if you know of a better place to keep it I'd like to know
How about being traditional and putting it in a cupboard?

Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
I agree with leo you've got way to much time on your hands
how the hell you manage to float such a balloon for days without some form of life wanting to burst it is beyond me
To look is not to see,
to see is looked on in thy soul. I bid MCMXCIX
It's currently getting on my nerves as it floats in front of the t.v.
Anyway, I'm thinking of marketing it as a floating pet before all the Earths helium reserves run out. Now it's on my head :S
Tell me,
Does your ballon talk to you? If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71. |
