I liked ABBA myself. Of course I would take anything from that era over the earsore that passes for music today.

That depends. Today's pop crap? Still wouldn't take ABBA, but yeah it is crap. There is good music being made today. You just have to get away from Clearchannel and Westwood 1.

Sorry but I've never heard or liked ABBA, too old and not really suiting my tastes. But that is a personal opinion though.

Worship / cults can start with anything, a good story, a celebrity or a con-artist... so what exactly are we to do about it? Simply screaming like a nut is no solution and being skeptic about everything is counter-productive.
