I think the threshold of vlogging to be broken is the one where you are okay being in the middle of a public area talking to yourself and your camera. It's not really about anything other than giving others a peek into your everyday life.

I'm not sure what I'd do one about. I feel I'm probably ready to break into the vlogging sphere since my YouTube channel hit single digits of subscribers this year. Sadly I spend most of my time resting in bed and there's only so much you can say about that. But I'll try and think of something
Some medical issue, if I may ask? Or just being a bum? I do find medically oriented vlogs interesting and informative.

Medical, I have chronic fatigue syndrome. If I don't rest most of the time, I get burnt out and end up absolutely useless for days at a time.
