My sincerest of apologies, but I'm not the greatest at praying, so I'll do the best I can.
I'm very much in favour of legalizing, and regulating the usages of Cannabis sativa. I do not partake in such activities, but understand the near harmless consequences of said activities. More research should be done and publicized to spread awareness of its medical benefits, and its recreational positives.

That is why there needs to be baby steps taken before Cannabis sativa should be wholly legalized.

I totally agree with doctor Gurley's view, it seems reasonnable so I don't see why we don't start legalizing and regulating it right now in every western countries.

I don't smoke and I never have. I'm all for legalization.

I'm all for perspective...Over 500 000 'treatments' at A+E in the UK last year involving alcohol related injuries. Tip of the iceberg, you want evidence look around you. Social disorder, family breakdown, violence and crime. All from the Governments Own Drug. Years ago, I heard a Spanish Police Chief speak the truest words I have ever heard on the subject of cannabis and legality.
''It's not about the harm or damage it does, we all know there are far worse things that are legal. It is about Social Control..What government is going to give up an excuse to kick your door in at four in the morning?''
Cannabis should never have been proscribed. Yes, it is a gateway drug, after all, you have to go through a drug dealers' gateway to get it. And be offered all the other, more profitable shite while you are there. It is a plant that could help save the planet, but I don't expect the majority to understand that. It has been my drug of choice for 28years, and I've seen all the good and bad it can bring. Close up. Every single negative social effect stems from its illegality. Every one. That's personal experience, not some fucking sociologists report. ( A sociologist goes to a strip-show and watches the audience,..)
Healthwise...well, I'll ok my post-mortem results for public domain, and you can make your own minds up.
Regulate? You mean control? What gives anyone the right? It's a weed, like mankind. It will grow through the cracks...it always has, always will.

Legalise all drugs; let people smoke, drink, consume whatever they want to.
Oh, and whilst you are doing that, let people say whatever they want, think whatever they want, and read whatever they want. Guns would be nice too.
