If you look at the police report and the dates his sisters were born, it looks like Joshua's youngest victim was three or four. According to one sister, he molested his youngest sister when she fell asleep on his lap.
The case is even more bizarre. Apparently, the policeman who gave Joshua a 'stern' talking to was also a child pornagrapher. The Duggar parents knew about this for a year before the authorities got involved. The therapy that Joshua received involved going to another person's house to do heavy labor for three months and reading scripture. Recently, a judge ordered the records destroyed at the request of a minor victim through her parents. The judge was appointed by Huckabee who defends of Joshua. Stranger yet, Oprah Winfrey's production company reported the abuse.
According to the report, the police investigator wanted to further interview Joshua after the initial questioning of the other children. The Duggars got a lawyer. Two lawyers refused to represent them. All that is on the police report which is still available online. I linked to it in the thread I started. It is worth reading because I have read online comments that try to paint the abuse as something consensual between teenagers close in age. It wasn't. The girls were either asleep and were all younger than Joshua. One incident occurred in the laundry room when Joshua tried to stick his hand up his sister's skirt. She ran away from him. Another sister, who he did not' abuse, said that he made her uncomfortable.
