Has anyone heard of twitch before?

I basically know its for people to watch other people play computer games but its being used for other people to show off their drawing skills and such, anyone know much more about it?  I was thinking I'm in a band and I've heard of people using it for bands aswell, anyone know about this site or anyone use it?

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Sometimes, I watch a few things over there...

It's sort of youtube, with a live streaming component thrown in the mix.

oh ok that sounds fairly simple.  How long do the live streams last for on average?  Do you know what a band could do on there?  I was thinkin of a live rehearsal or something like that?

I've seen live streams going on for up to 8 hours... can't imagine any problems with band practice... unless you're singing copyrighted stuff.
