Employment Requirement God

One of our areas largest healthcare providers has the following in their requirements for employment consideration. Keep in mind that this employer receives millions in federal and state funds each year through Medicare and Medicaid .
"Adheres to and exhibits our core values:
Reverence: Having a profound spirit of awe and respect for all creation, shaping relationships to self, to one another and to God and acknowledging that we hold in trust all that has been given to us."
I'll not seek employment with them and have switched to another primary healthcare provider group.
Your thoughts? Do you know of any other employer that receives federal and state funds that has a similar requirement?
