The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

God is a tool. It gives people comfort, provides an easy explanation for things we don't know the real reason for, and helps people in power control the masses.

Good video to watch, if you want to know how common the Jesus story really is.

Welp, I guess you learn something new every day
"Every luxury has a deep price. Every indulgence, a cosmic cost. Each fiber of pleasure you experience causes equivalent pain somewhere else. This is the first law of emodynamics [sic]. Joy can be neither created nor destroyed. The balance of happiness is constant.

Fact: Every time you eat a bite of cake, someone gets horsewhipped.

Facter: Every time two people kiss, an orphanage collapses.

Factest: Every time a baby is born, an innocent animal is severely mocked for its physical appearance. Don't be a pleasure hog. Your every smile is a dagger. Happiness is murder.

Vote "yes" on Proposition 1321. Think of some kids. Some kids."

gotta love this last one Vorlon.

"One whose mind is not completely settled due to an illness is exempt"

In other words, crazy fuckers are exempt from talking to themselves!
HeHe , isn't the truth the exact opposite? Fucking idiots!
No God, No fear.
Know God, Know fear.

God is what you say with a dramatic hand gesture when you find something you can't explain

RE: What is God?
Generally when theists attempt to describe this they start with an action:

"It made everything"

That doesn't tell us anything about the god, except it's capable of making a reality. Is that all a god is? So a guy running a computer simulation which somehow manifests itself is "a god". It's not saying much. For all we know, it's happening all the time and loads of us are gods.

Then we get a bunch of superlatives which pretty much mean nothing, and couldn't possibly be demonstrated to be true even if he was right in front of us; and by definition they can't ever know the god actually exists because it's so science proof.

If you say the big bang is god, then the big bang is god.

Anyone can say anything is god, that's the problem. Since there is no actual real "god" demonstrated anywhere, it's all up for grabs.

Nah.

I think you have me misunderstood.
I'm not challenging atheism at all.
I am genuinely not aware of what god is,when people ask me if i believe in a god or not i am unable to respond.
No i'm not agnostic either because being an agnostic means being neutral about god.Which rises the question, what exactly is God in the first place?
