Is it possible to add the OP date with the Thread/Author? Might help me from not joining in to necro posts. I hate jumping on that wagon.

If the thread is over 30 days old, there's a red box at the bottom of the page telling you not to post

I think he's talking about once a person has already necroposted and then the forum, thinking it's a new thread, joins in.

Unfortunately, as of now there is nothing to prevent that or tip a user off, unless you check the OP of every thread.
