Happy fucking birthday - ASSHOLE! Smile I bet you're thinking, man, it sucks to lose your youth and be 31 fucking years old. I know because I was there. Wait 'till you're fucking 56!

Embrace your youth, man. You might not have it for much longer but you still have it. Enjoy it! That age was the best time of my life. If I had known it, I would have taken the time to enjoy it more. Maybe 31 won't be the best time of your life but treat it as if it is. You can't go wrong doing that.

Nah! The thirties are perfect. You're not as stupid as you are in your twenties. You're usually beginning to really make money and/or have some real responsibility. You're still young enough not to feel age much. Forties ain't so bad either.

Yeah, you aren't as weak either. Things which would have kicked your ass when you were 20 don't register nearly as much when you are 30. The same is even more so when you are 40. The wrong parts of your body get stiff but your spirit is stronger.
