Started playing the Witcher 3 after work over the weekend.

I picked up Metal Gear Solid V. I'd only ever played 4 and despised it for being more cutscene than game, but this one is different. It's sandbox style, and there is a lot of depth to it. The enemies even learn from your tactics and change up due to it. It's definitely the frontrunner for game of the year, and IGN named it the best PS4 game out there. On top of it having lots of depth, it's gorgeous and runs at 60fps on my Playstation 4.

Just a superb piece of software.

Oh. Oh god, why would you do that to yourself? Metal Gear is super specific and layered with details and in-jokes, I can definitely see how starting the series with MGS4 would make you hate it. I'm a full-series MGS fan and even I kinda hate bits of MGS4. Tongue

I had never owned a Playstation until the PS3. I was never a fan of Sony's console, mostly due to the controllers, and I only got one after my experience with the 360 and Microsoft's "support" that I switched over.
