This is how I roll in Fallout 4. Notice how little health I lose.

What armor are you using?
Where is that?
And I haven't found any rippers in the game. ![]() Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" RE: This is what make you S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

I've got a Mark 3 synth Chest pice with a bunch of polished pieces on my limbs that give me strength and endurance bonuses. The kicker, though, is the armored green shirt and combat boots that works as the "under armor" and has a ballistic weave. It's got a defense of 90. Here's how you get it if you're interested. It takes a bit to get it, though.. And you don't have to be armorer level 4 to do it like that link says. You just have to be level 4 to get the best version, which has a defense of 110. http://www.ign.com/wikis/fallout-4/Best_Armor ETA: My defense rating total is just below 300. You can just go online and find a video that will lead you to it. That's what I did when I wanted to get it the second time around. That was a spoiler-y point so I'll hide it in tags... I like Power Armor for extra carry capacity and D, but I hate what it does to the HUD. :/
Man, there's some rng bs going on - that took two days and a bunch of missions.

LOL, this sucks. Raiders attacked my settlement at Sanctuary, and near the end of the battle, I see a raider IN POWER ARMOR attacking some settlers by the workbench. I whip out a legendary double-barrelled shotgun that does an additional 10 points of plasma damage that some mutt dropped and blasted him, turning him into a bubbling pile of green goo.
Then I realized - he stole MY power armor. I looted the armor pieces off his corpse, but the exoskeleton and fully charged fusion core were a complete loss. Luckily, I had three other partial sets of power armor so the only real loss was the fusion core. ![]() Bastards came from the north, too - which is the only direction I didn't have covered with turrets. ![]() RE: This is what make you S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

How many settlers did you have to get attacked like that? I'm struggling to get Sanctuary above 10. You can be covered in turrets, if you miss the message of an attack, your settlement is done for. One of the few things I really hate about the games setup, since it requires constant micromanagement of impending attacks. |
