Syd Barrett, the founder of Pink Floyd, wrote this song when he was about 15 years old. It is my favorite song from him, including his stuff with early Pink Floyd. It was on his second solo album entitled Barrett.

The lyrics remind me of Xians and thier fake scare tactics.
