I notice you left MotoGP out of the list, Good man.

I went bowling... you stand there, and roll balls at a bunch of pins, which need to be knocked down. But really, i can think of much more boring sports.

Most boring as an observor: Cricket and golf followed by baseball. Formula one is pretty stultifying,but at least you have possibility of seeing a spectacular fatality. Motorcycle racing is the most fun.

Forget sleeping tablets...Listening to either Formula 1 or golf in the background will surely make you fall asleep. That is if you're not instinctively swatting at mosquitoes when the cars race around the corner.
