1. Lose some weight.
2. Drink more beer.
3. Stop charging around, leaping out of seats etc. like I was still in my 20's. I'll come a cropper if I'm not careful.
1 and 2 are probably mutually exclusive.

EP seems okay though, and he wouldn't be here if he didn't want to be. so he secretly adores you all.
I'm staff so suffer from the ability of not being able to use the ignore feature.
It also means that people can't ignore me either though... which is cool but, say, if I was PMing someone and they wanted me to stop, I'd stop.

That's incorrect. When you have faith in something, you're not going to do anything to achieve a goal, you're basically just putting yourself in the hands of something intangible like fate. If you set a goal and choose to pursue it you're going to take steps to achieve said goal, and unless it's not possible or bad luck intervenes you are eventually going to achieve it.

People in their 20's can leap out of a seat whilst putting a coat on and tying their shoe laces. Now I am in my 50's I'm finding it hard to adjust to a slower pace. I find myself hurrying around, walking too fast, lifting things that I should get help with. Had a couple of near misses, fallen over but not injured, strained my back but recovered quickly, nearly dropped a 50" tv but just barely saved it (and no-one was watching so embarrassment saved as well).
I could do myself a proper mischief and no mistake guvnor, unless I change my ways.
